1. Ownership of Copyright

All original content created, published, and distributed by Towers Method Academy, including but not limited to course materials, written explanations, instructional text, audio recordings, video recordings, illustrations, graphics, visual materials, slide design, lesson design, course structure, course sequencing, exercises, quizzes, assessments, worksheets, glossaries, and the original instructional expression of the Towers Method™ teaching approach and methodology, is owned by or licensed to MCM GRUP DOOEL uvoz-izvoz Skopje, a company registered in North Macedonia.

This content was created in 2025 and is protected by copyright law from the date of creation. Copyright protection arises automatically under applicable national and international copyright laws, including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, to which North Macedonia and many other countries are signatories. No registration is required for copyright protection to exist.

2. United States Copyright Registration

In addition to the automatic protection afforded by copyright law and applicable international treaties, MCM GRUP DOOEL uvoz-izvoz Skopje has obtained a United States copyright registration for The Towers Method™ Grammar Instructional System and Course Materials (Nouns Series).

3. International Protection

The works of Towers Method Academy are protected under international copyright law, including:

1. The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works;
2. The WIPO Copyright Treaty;
3. The Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS); and
4. Applicable national copyright laws in North Macedonia and all countries where our courses are accessed.

These protections apply wherever the content is accessed, used, copied, distributed, or otherwise exploited, subject to applicable national and international laws.

4. What Is Protected

The following are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used without the express written permission of MCM GRUP DOOEL uvoz-izvoz Skopje:

1. All written course content, explanations, and instructional text;
2. All audio recordings and narrations;
3. All video recordings and video content;
4. All illustrations, graphics, and visual materials;
5. Course structure, sequencing, and curriculum design;
6. Exercises, quizzes, and assessments;
7. The original structure, sequencing, organization, written expression, visual presentation, exercises, examples, explanations, and instructional materials connected with the Towers Method™ teaching approach, methodology and framework;
8. Website content, including text, design, and layout; and
9. Any other original works created by or on behalf of MCM GRUP DOOEL uvoz-izvoz Skopje.

5. Permitted Use

By purchasing a course from Towers Method Academy, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the course materials strictly for your own individual educational purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

1. Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any course content in whole or in part;
2. Distribute, share, or transmit any course content to any third party;
3. Use any course content for teaching, training, or any commercial purpose;
4. Create derivative works, adaptations, summaries, translations, reproductions, competing materials, training materials, or teaching resources based on any course content, course structure, visual materials, explanations, exercises, or other protected materials of Towers Method™;
5. Take screenshots, screen recordings, or photographs of course content; 
6. Upload or share any course content on any platform, website, or social media channel; or
7. Use any course content, materials, structure, explanations, exercises, visuals, audio, video, or other protected content to train, prompt, fine-tune, develop, improve, or operate any artificial intelligence system, chatbot, language model, automated tool, database, or similar technology without our express written permission.

6. Prohibited Commercial and Teaching Use

No part of the course materials may be used to teach, train, tutor, coach, instruct, or provide educational services to any other person, whether privately, commercially, online, offline, in schools, in companies, on social media, or through any other platform, without the prior written permission of MCM GRUP DOOEL uvoz-izvoz Skopje.

This prohibition applies even if the materials are modified, translated, summarized, reformatted, adapted, reproduced, or combined with other materials.

7. No Transfer of Rights

Purchasing, accessing, or using any course or material from Towers Method Academy does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to the User.

Users receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the purchased materials for individual educational purposes, subject to these terms.

All copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights remain with MCM GRUP DOOEL uvoz-izvoz Skopje or the relevant rights holder.

8. Trademark Notice

Towers Method™ is used as a trademark and brand identifier of MCM GRUP DOOEL uvoz-izvoz Skopje. The name, logo, branding, course names, slogans, visual identity, and related marks of Towers Method Academy may not be copied, imitated, reproduced, registered, or used without the express written permission of MCM GRUP DOOEL uvoz-izvoz Skopje.

9. Enforcement

MCM GRUP DOOEL uvoz-izvoz Skopje takes the protection of its intellectual property seriously and reserves the right to take all appropriate steps to enforce its rights.

Any unauthorised reproduction, copying, distribution, sharing, publication, adaptation, resale, teaching use, commercial use, or other misuse of our content may result in:

1. immediate suspension or termination of course access without refund; 
2. removal or takedown requests to websites, platforms, hosting providers, search engines, payment processors, or social media platforms; 
3. civil legal action for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, breach of contract, damages, legal costs, and any other available remedies; and 
4. criminal complaints or prosecution where applicable under relevant national or international law.
