Following successful payment confirmation from PayPro Global, access to your purchased course will be granted.
Access is subject to the following conditions:
• Course access is granted for one year from the date of purchase.
• Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Each purchase is valid for one individual learner only, unless a separate business, group, or institutional licence has been agreed in writing with MCM GRUP DOOEL uvoz-izvoz Skopje.

• Course access depends on the availability and proper functioning of the learning platform, Website, internet infrastructure, and relevant third-party service providers. We make reasonable efforts to maintain access to our Services and resolve technical issues within our control.
• We are not responsible for technical difficulties caused solely by the learner's equipment, internet connection, or failure to meet the disclosed technical requirements, provided that our digital content is supplied and functions in accordance with the contract and applicable law.
• In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, learners may be entitled to remedies where digital content is defective or has not been supplied as required. Learners are expected to cooperate reasonably with our support team when investigating technical issues.
Towers Method Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate course access in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, including unauthorized account sharing, copying, distribution, or misuse of protected course materials, subject to applicable law.
6. Technical Requirements
Our Services are delivered online and require a compatible device, a stable internet connection, a supported web browser, and appropriate software and settings to access our digital educational materials.
The technical requirements are as follows:
1. Supported browsers: Current, supported versions of modern browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Learners are advised to keep their browsers updated for optimal performance.
2. Software: No specialized software is generally required to access our learning platform. Where downloadable PDF documents or other files are provided, appropriate software may be required to open them.
3. Devices: The learning platform is accessible through compatible desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. Functionality and performance may vary depending on the device and its specifications.
4. Internet connection: A stable broadband internet connection is required. For streaming video and accessing interactive course materials, an internet speed of at least 5 Mbps is recommended.
5. Browser and device settings: Learners must ensure that their browser and device settings permit the Website and learning platform to function properly, including enabling strictly necessary cookies and allowing audio and video playback.
Each learner is responsible for ensuring that their device, browser, software, internet connection, and technical settings meet the disclosed requirements before purchasing.
Access and performance may be affected by outdated browsers, device limitations, browser extensions, firewall settings, local network restrictions, insufficient internet speed, or third-party technical issues.
Technical difficulties caused solely by a learner's failure to meet the disclosed technical requirements do not, by themselves, entitle the learner to a refund, provided that the purchased digital content has been supplied and functions in accordance with the contract and applicable law.
For information about reporting technical issues, troubleshooting, and refund eligibility, please refer to Section 5 of our Refund Policy.
7. Orders and Provision of Services
7.1 Order Confirmation

Following a successful purchase, PayPro Global will provide the customer with an order confirmation or receipt in accordance with its applicable terms and procedures.
Purchase confirmation and payment-related documentation are issued by PayPro Global. These may include:
• Confirmation of the course purchased;
• Order details and the total amount charged, including applicable taxes;
• Payment confirmation and relevant transaction information; and
• Information concerning applicable purchase terms and withdrawal rights.
Course access is arranged separately by Towers Method Academy following successful payment confirmation from PayPro Global.
Once payment has been confirmed, the designated learner will be enrolled in the purchased course through our learning platform and provided with the necessary access information.
Course access remains subject to Section 5 of these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 Payment
All course prices are displayed on our Website in EUR (€), unless otherwise stated.
Prices displayed on our Website exclude applicable VAT or other sales taxes unless expressly indicated otherwise. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during PayPro Global's checkout process before the customer completes the purchase.
The final amount payable and transaction currency will be displayed at checkout.
All purchases and payments are handled by PayPro Global, our independent Merchant of Record and seller of record.
PayPro Global is responsible for processing customer payments, issuing invoices or receipts, calculating and collecting applicable sales taxes, and handling payment disputes, chargebacks, and refunds in accordance with its applicable terms, policies, and legal obligations.
Towers Method Academy does not collect or store customers' credit card or debit card details on its own systems.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
7.3 Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information displayed on our Website is accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to change course prices, introduce or withdraw promotional offers, and modify available products at any time.
Price changes will not retroactively affect purchases already completed and accepted.
The applicable purchase price, taxes, and final amount payable will be presented during PayPro Global's checkout process, subject to its applicable terms and consumer protection laws.
7.4 Incorrect Services
If you receive access to a course that differs from the course purchased, or if the digital content supplied does not conform to your order, please contact us at info@towersmethodacademy.com as soon as reasonably possible.
We will investigate the issue and make reasonable efforts to provide the correct course or resolve the reported lack of conformity within a reasonable period, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Where the issue cannot be resolved, customers may be entitled to a refund or another statutory remedy, subject to applicable law, PayPro Global's relevant procedures, and Towers Method Academy’s Terms and Conditions and relevant policies.
For further information regarding technical issues, refund eligibility, and statutory consumer rights, please refer to our Refund Policy.
8. Refunds, Course Access, and Digital Content
8.1 Course Enrolment and Digital Delivery
The Services consist of digital educational content delivered online, including courses, video materials, written materials, exercises, quizzes, worksheets, audio materials, and other protected learning content.
Following successful payment confirmation from PayPro Global, Towers Method Academy will manually arrange the learner's enrolment in the purchased course through its learning platform and provide the necessary access information.
By purchasing digital content through PayPro Global, customers accept its applicable Buyer Terms and Conditions, which contain provisions concerning digital delivery, access to purchased products, and the loss of statutory withdrawal rights.
Because our products are supplied digitally, they cannot be physically returned in the same manner as physical goods.
8.2 Loss of Cancellation or Withdrawal Rights
Under applicable consumer protection laws, including those of the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the Republic of North Macedonia, eligible consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of concluding the contract.
However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right will be lost once the supply of digital content has begun.
Purchases are completed through PayPro Global, our independent Merchant of Record. During checkout, customers accept PayPro Global's Buyer Terms and Conditions, which state that by purchasing and accessing digital products, customers consent to the delivery of the content and acknowledge that their right of withdrawal is waived once the product has been accessed or activated.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal has been validly lost, customers are not entitled to cancel their purchase or obtain a refund solely because they have changed their minds after accessing the digital content.
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, incorrectly supplied, or undelivered digital products.
8.3 No Refund After Access
Our digital courses are final and non-refundable once the supply of protected digital content has begun. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing, viewing, opening, downloading, using, or starting protected education materials such as:
• online self-paced courses
• written explanations
• practice exercises
• quizzes and assessments
• viewable learning materials
• video materials
• audio files
• pronunciation materials
• glossaries
• worksheets
• course slides and visual learning materials
• any other protected digital content delivered through our learning platform
Once the applicable conditions for the loss of withdrawal rights have been satisfied, customers cannot demand a refund solely because they no longer wish to study, have changed their minds, or have decided not to continue using the course.
Refund eligibility remains subject to our Refund Policy, PayPro Global's applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, and mandatory consumer protection laws.
8.4 Technical Issues
Technical issues do not automatically qualify a learner for a refund.
Learners are responsible for ensuring that their devices, browsers, internet connections, software, and technical settings meet the requirements disclosed in Section 6 of these Terms and Conditions.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to or use of your purchased course, please contact us at info@towersmethodacademy.com as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within three days of discovering the issue.
We may request reasonable supporting information and cooperation to investigate the reported problem.
Towers Method Academy will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve genuine access-related technical issues.
Technical problems caused solely by a learner's failure to meet the disclosed technical requirements do not, by themselves, entitle the learner to a refund, provided that the digital content has been supplied and functions in accordance with the contract and applicable law.
Where digital content is defective, applicable statutory remedies remain available.
Further details are provided in Sections 5 and 6 of our Refund Policy.
8.5 Separate Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and provides detailed information concerning refund eligibility, withdrawal rights, technical issues, refund procedures, and the consequences of refunds.
Purchases and refunds are also subject to PayPro Global's applicable Buyer Terms, Refund Policy, and legal obligations.
If a refund is issued, access to the relevant course will be deactivated, and the customer's licence to use the refunded educational materials will terminate.
Customers must cease using refunded course materials and comply with the intellectual property obligations established in our Refund Policy and Copyright Notice, subject to applicable law.
Where a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal occurs, Towers Method Academy may review relevant purchase, enrolment, course access, and usage records and provide necessary information to PayPro Global to assist with the investigation, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
If a payment is reversed following the resolution of a dispute, Towers Method Academy reserves the right to terminate access to the affected course and its materials, subject to applicable law.
